由于安訊士球機的功率要達到60W，此時用的非安訊士原裝PoE電源模塊，或者是用的功率達不到60W的PoE電源模塊；還有一種可能是電源損壞；需要更換足功率PoE電源模塊如AXIS T8134, AXIS T8124,AXIS T8124-E, AXIS T8154等60W的高功率PoE電源模塊。
安訊士AXIS Q6115-E 網絡攝像機球機通電后黒屏只顯示：Not enough power for both camera and pan tilt motors 如下圖：
